Ipa

India Pale Ale (or IPA for short) is a "hoppy" beer that is apart of the pale ale family. 

Taste: Ranges from pure citrus to strong and bitter flavors. 

Ranges from a silky-soft to full and thick mouthfeel.

Oz is looking to offer a variety of IPAs.

Milkshake Ipa

Milkshake India Pale Ale (IPA) includes lactose or milk sugars during the brewing progress.

Taste: Usually sweet fruit flavors but there are also bitter citrus flavors.

Very Creamy, smooth, soft mouthfeel.

Wheat Beer

Wheat Beers use a large amount of wheat in the brewing grain.

Taste: Hazy and Citrusy

Fuller Mouthfeel

Oz plans to have several different wheat beer variants.

Stout

Stout beers are brewed with a unmalted roasted barley giving them a darker flavor than regular beers. 

Taste: Dark, roasted, bitter and hoppy, with a coffee or dark chocolate flavors.

Silky, full and creamy mouthfeel.

Oz is looking brew a few different kinds of stout beers.

Porter

Porter Beers have a very dark color to them due to the brewing process including brown malt. 

Taste: Range from fruity and sweet to complex dark bitter flavors.

Silky, creamy mouth feel with a medium amount of carbonation.

Ale

Ales historically were not brewed with hops, although now they use a warm fermentation method that uses both hops and a different yeast than regular beers.

Taste: Sweet, fruity flavor.

Fuller mouthfeel.
